Boundary Plates

In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Boundaries.” geographic, metallic and culinary — plates make excellent boundaries.

Will have to take Julie’s word that the basil, smoked shrimp and mozzarella salad is delicious — she wasn’t sharing.

Another unlikely looking spot for a delicious meal.

Laurelwood Golf Course Pub in southeast Eugene has updated their dining area. The food is great. We ordered off the snacks and salad menus — best were the Pub Style Chorizo tacos and the Smoked Tomato Caprese salad. Pulled Pork Cigar a little less perfect, but good.

And for those so inclined — the TV screen in the bar area is humongous. Great for sports. Not a bad course, either, I hear, especially at $25 for eighteen holes.
